I started taking melatonin after my second baby to try and help get back on a regular sleep schedule. I am such a light sleeper I thought it could help me. I bought the lowest dose I could find, 3mg and it was mixed with 150mg of magnesium. I’ve used it for a few weeks at a time, always taking a break because I didn’t want to become dependant on it. I did find it helped me but Ill probably stick to magnesium!
